When an applicant submits any of these type of applications, USCIS reviews the application to determine eligibility. If USCIS finds that the initial documentation provided is insufficient or if there are uncertainties regarding the eligibility of the applicant, they may issue an RFE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This letter will specify the additional evidence or information needed to make a decision on the application. The RFE typically outlines the specific issues or concerns that USCIS has and provides a deadline for the submission of the requested documents. It is essential for the applicant to respond to the RFE within the specified timeframe and provide the requested information.
