About us

We want to tell you more about us.

A Little About Us!

Lawyers focused on today’s immigration.

We are Arturo and Natalia, two lawyers working hard in humanitarian, labor, and family immigration processes with the mission of promoting our clients’ immigration goals.

Our working relationship began when we collaborated on several complicated cases, representing clients pro-bono. This led us to realize how successful we are when we work together, and we decided to join forces to open our own firm.

It is our commitment to our community, our dedication and calling to help those who seek to immigrate, which motivated us to open our firm dedicated to our people.

Focused on Immigration

We are prepared to deal with immigration cases of every nature.

Experience

Collectively, we have assisted more than 7,000 people located around the world.

Mission

We fight for our client’s goals until we achieve the best result possible, priding ourselves in our excellent customer experience.

Vision

We want to offer immigration services through innovative platforms, tools, and information for today’s immigrant.

Values

Our work is based on honesty, respect for our clients’ dignity, and innovation.

"IT IS OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY THAT MOTIVATES US EVERY DAY."

Attorney Natalia Villar

Before founding Villar & García, I worked as a supervising attorney at an immigration firm in Washington, D.C., specializing in humanitarian cases. Previously, I was part of another immigration firm in Arizona, focusing on corporate, family, and humanitarian visas.

My experience in immigration cases as an attorney began over seven years ago, but I have over ten years of experience in the field as a translator, paralegal, and legal assistant. However, I previously worked at the American Civil Liberties Union, the Tempe City Attorney's Office, the U.S. Congress, and the Mexican Consulate in Austin, Texas.

I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University in Phoenix, where I received academic recognition for my performance. I also studied International Relations with a focus on Conflict Resolution at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, and graduated with honors.

I am also a university professor at Nevada State University, teaching an Immigration and Justice class for the past year and a half.

Before founding Villar & Garcia, I worked at a boutique immigration firm as a supervising attorney. Here I had the opportunity to gain experience in corporate and family procedures. In addition, I collaborated in the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in the immigration court in Kansas City and in the Mexican consulate in Kansas City.

My experience in immigration cases began more than seven years ago. However, previously, I worked at the United States Federal Congress in Washington D.C.
