E1 (Work Visa for Treaty Traders)

The E-1 Treaty Trader work visa is a work visa for individuals who export and import from their home country and the United States. The E-1 work visa allows individuals to work and live in the United States and to bring his/her spouse and underage children to the United States. This work visa requires the individual to have the nationality of a country that shares a commercial treaty with the United States. This work visa requires that the value of the exports/imports or value of services to exceed $150,000 USD.

E-2 (Investor Work Visa)

The E-2 investor work visa is a visa for individuals whom invest into their own USA business. The E-2 work visa allows individuals to work and live in the United States and to bring his/her spouse and underage children. This work visa requires individuals to have the nationality of a country that shares a commercial treaty with the United States. This work visa requires the individual to make a substantial investment into his USA business, which is usually a sum of $100,000 USD.  

H1B (Work Visa)

The H1B work visa is a work visa for professional workers who usually have a university degree or higher. The H1B work visa allows individuals to work and live in the United States and to bring his/her spouse and underage children. This work visa may have a duration for up to six years. This work visa requires individuals to have a job offer in the United States in a professional capacity.

O1 (Artist Visa)

The O-1 work visa is a visa for individuals who have an extraordinary ability. The H1B work visa allows individuals to work and live in the United States and to bring his/her spouse and underage children. This work visa requires individuals to have an extraordinary ability, in sports, cinema, television, science, art or academic field and to have obtained success at an international or national capacity.
